→ This isn't simply a coin placed into a new setting. Different components have been collected and brought together by hand to create something that couldn't be identically remade.

This is one of those pieces that came together from a collection of things that had already had another purpose.

I love that the pieces don't all come from the same place. The coin was once currency, the connector belonged to another piece of jewellery, and now they've found their way together.

That's what makes this one truly one of a kind. I could make something similar, but I couldn't make this exact necklace again.
