🤎Features & What You'll Love
• A piece of Aussie history
→ This is a genuine 1966 Australian one cent coin the very first year the one cent was minted.
• Remember these?
→ The one cent stopped being minted in 1990 and was withdrawn from circulation in 1992.Â
• Set into a floral surround
→ The coin sits inside a Zamak alloy flower setting, giving that little copper coin a completely different look.
• Finished with a decorative bail
→ A Tibetan-style bail adds another bit of detail above the floral setting.
• A nice bit of mixed metal
→ I love the warm copper of the old coin against all that silver-toned detail.
• Wearable history
→ Something that once rattled around in pockets and purses is now around your neck.Â

🤎The Molly Made Story
1966 the very first year of the Aussie one cent.
These little coins were once everywhere. Pockets, purses, kitchen drawers, probably down the back of more than a few couches.
I've tucked it into a detailed floral surround, added a decorative bail and put it onto a 60cm stainless steel snake chain.
Old coin. New chapter.
Not Mass Made. Made to Matter.Â
