🤎The Molly Made Story

I can start with an idea of where I want those four tines to go, but somewhere along the way, the fork seems to have other plans.

Each tine is curled and twirled by hand, one at a time. Some behave beautifully; others decide they're heading in a completely different direction. I've learnt to go with it, because quite often the fork knows better than I do!

I've paired this one with a vintage Angora cake fork handle, bringing two old pieces of silverware together for a completely new chapter.

And that's the beauty of making things by hand. Nothing comes out exactly the same, and I wouldn't want it to.
