Same old teaspoons, another part saved.

This time it’s the dancing figures from the tops of the handles that get their turn. They had far too much character to end up forgotten in a drawer, so off came the tops and earrings they became.

I think that’s one of my favourite things about old silverware there’s often more than one story hiding in a single spoon.
