→ Another pair of old handles saved from the cutlery drawer and turned into something completely different.

• The sunflower sits right in the middle
→ I connected the two handles with an alloy sunflower. I love the darker finish against the silver it makes all those little petals stand out.

• Original silverware detail
→ The handles have a simple flowing pattern, so there's enough detail without fighting with the sunflower in the centre.

.• Extra strong magnetic clasp
→ Easy to get on and off, especially if you're like me and don't have the patience for fiddly clasps.

• 17cm with room to make it a little larger
→ If you need some extra length, I can add jump rings before it heads your way.

The cake fork handles are quite simple compared with some of the very ornate silverware I find, and that's exactly why I liked the sunflower with them.

It gets to be the interesting little bit in the middle.

Nothing complicated. Just old silverware, a sunflower and a completely new reason for those cake forks to come out of the drawer.
