• Made from vintage cake fork handles
→ I don't know the maker or exactly how old these are.

• Gorgeous original pattern
→ There’s a lovely flowing design on both handles, and I’ve kept as much of that original detail as possible.

• A little gold bee in the middle
→ The alloy bee disc adds gold against the silver handles. I do love mixing my metals when they work this well together.

• Old bits 
→ A couple of vintage cake forks and a gold bee disc probably weren't destined to meet. But that's half the fun of what I do.

• Extra strong magnetic clasp
→ Easy on, easy off, no wrestling with tiny clasps required.

• Can be made slightly larger
→ It measures 18cm as it is, but I can add extra jump rings if you need a little more room.

I don't know who made these old cake forks.I don't know what year they're from either.

And sometimes that's just how it is with old silverware.

What I do know is that I loved the detail on the handles, and I had this little gold bee sitting amongst my collection of old bits waiting for somewhere to land.

They've all had another life somewhere else before ending up on my bench.

Now they're heading off together as one very different little bracelet.
