🤎Features & What You'll Love
• A vintage child's food pusher with a new purpose
→ Now here's something a little different! This necklace began life as a child's food pusher, a piece of old silverware once used to help little hands push food onto a fork. Not exactly something you'd expect to find hanging around someone's neck!
• Hand formed and repurposed
→ I've hand domed part of the original handle to create a place for the chain to thread through.Â
• A little piece of the Northern Territory
→ The gold tone NT Longhorn was originally the decorative tip of a souvenir spoon. Rather than leave it sitting forgotten, I've given it a new home on this necklace.
• Two old pieces, one new story
→ A vintage child's food pusher and an Australian souvenir spoon tip. Two completely different pieces of silverware that probably never expected to end up together.Â
• A longer 75cm chain
→ Finished with a 75cm gold tone stainless steel chain, allowing the necklace to hang lower.
• One of a kind
→ Not something I can simply make another dozen of. I'd need to find another vintage child's food pusher and another Longhorn souvenir spoon first!

🤎The Molly Made Story
Well, I don't imagine the person who originally bought this little food pusher for their child ever thought it would end up as a necklace!
Taking something that once had a completely different purpose and seeing what else it could become.
This old child's food pusher caught my attention because of its unusual shape. Rather than change it too much, I hand domed part of the handle so I could thread a chain through it, keeping the original piece very much part of the design.
Then came the gold NT Longhorn.
It had already lived one life as the tip of a souvenir spoon, and I thought it deserved another.
Different beginnings, now sharing the same story.
Not Mass Made. Made to Matter.Â
