Every now and then I find an old piece of silverware where I think there is absolutely no way I'm cutting that beautiful detail off.

This was one of them, flowers, leaves, a little bird, that gorgeous crest and even the scalloped edge there was already so much going on that it really didn't need me adding anything else.

I've reshaped the beautiful decorative section and added an adjustable slider chain, turning something that once sat on a table into a pretty special piece of wearable history.
