These Lady Katherine handles date back to the 1950s, and I just love their pretty floral pattern. But the thistle sitting between them is what makes this bracelet a bit special.

That thistle had a completely different life on another spoon. Now here it is, joining two old silverware handles together. Who would have thought?

There may be little signs of age and use, but I wouldn't want to take away everything that reminds us these pieces have already lived a life.

And now they're ready for another one.
