This ring began life as an antique Dutch silver salt spoon, once part of someone's table and everyday rituals long before finding its way to my workbench.

At its centre sits a beautifully detailed cherub, still watching over the piece more than a century after it was first created.

Now the entire spoon has been given a new purpose while keeping every bit of its original character.
